  4. Standard Treatment 
  5. ‚Ä¢ Maxillary sinus: Surgery with high-dose pre- or postoperative radiotherapy .
  6. ‚Ä¢ Ethmoid sinus: Extensive surgery followed by radiotherapy.
  7. ‚Ä¢ Sphenoid sinus: Radiotherapy. 
  8. ‚Ä¢ Nasal cavity: Surgery or radiotherapy alone. Usually postoperative radiotherapy is preferred.
  9. ‚Ä¢ Inverting papilloma: Same as Stage II. Radiotherapy may be needed if further surgery is unsuccessful.
  10. ‚Ä¢ Melanomas and sarcomas: Surgery if possible, otherwise radiotherapy.
  11. ‚Ä¢ Midline granuloma: Radiotherapy. 
  12. ‚Ä¢ Nasal vestibule: Radiation first and surgery later if needed.
  13.     Clinical trials are in progress for ethmoid sinus and nasal cavity tumors, using chemotherapy combinations in addition to surgery or radiotherapy.
